As part of our corporate initiative to be more environmentally responsible, MaterialWorks has implemented procedures to electronically deliver your documents to you. Your order confirmations and invoices will be sent to you electronically via email. Please complete the following information regarding these procedures.

Please complete the information below for any additional users at your company that will require access to our www.MaterialWorks.com website. Each email address will represent a username.

Terms

Terms and Conditions


Minimum Order: Yardage orders must be a minimum of 1 yard and can only be ordered in 1/2 yard increments after the first yard.

Submit all orders through our website at www.materialworks.com or email to customerservice@materialworks.com.

Payment Terms: CBD (Cash Before Delivery).
-All CBD orders must be paid prior to the fabric being pulled, cut, and shipped.
-MaterialWorks will not reserve inventory for potential orders.
-MaterialWorks does not offer Cuttings for Approval (CFA's).

Terms: Not Accepted.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
-Complete the MaterialWorks Credit Card Authorization form- This document will be used for each order unless directed otherwise.

Shipping: In-stock orders with approved payment ship within 7 business days.
-Backorders will ship as product is back in stock.
-We reserve the right to ship items in stock and not hold items for completion.
-Requests for backorder cancellation must be in writing and confirmed.

Damages: Inspect product on arrival.
-Any damage claims must be filed within 3 business days of arrival
-Images of damaged fabric(s) are required.

Returns: MaterialWorks does not accept returns.

Cancellations: MaterialWorks does not accept cancellations once an order is in process.

-We reserve the right to discontinue or close out items without advance notice.

-Prices are subject to change and we do not make price adjustments for previous purchases.

-Any descriptive or photographic errors are subject to correction. Content and images are fully protected by copyright and are not to be reproduced in any manner without written permission.

-All designs shown are protected under one or more of the U.S. Patent, Trademark and Copyright laws.


FREIGHT POLICY :


-Goods will be shipped collect and are the responsibility of the customer once departed from our point of shipment.

-Each prospective account must provide either a UPS or FedEx number, if applicable.

-All shipments will be billed to the customer UPS or FedEx number provided upon account setup.
