Minimum Order: Yardage orders must be a minimum of 1 yard and can only be ordered in 1/2 yard increments after the first yard.
- Submit all orders through our website at www.materialworks.com or email to customerservice@materialworks.com.
Payment Terms: CBD (Cash Before Delivery).
- All CBD orders must be paid prior to the fabric being pulled, cut, and shipped.
- MaterialWorks will not reserve inventory for potential orders.
- MaterialWorks does not offer Cuttings for Approval (CFA's).
Terms: Not Accepted.
Credit Cards / Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted, in addition to Paypal.
- All forms of payment outlined above are available to use when placing an order through our website.
Shipping: In-stock orders with approved payment ship within 7 business days.
- Backorders will ship as product is back in stock.
- We reserve the right to ship items in stock and not hold items for completion.
- Requests for backorder cancellation must be in writing and confirmed.

Damages: Inspect product on arrival.
- Any damage claims must be filed within 3 business days of arrival.
- Images of damaged fabric(s) are required.
Returns: MaterialWorks does not accept returns.
Cancellations: MaterialWorks does not accept cancellations once an order is in process.
